Purpose of the Human Resource Policy
The purpose of the Human Resource Policy (HR Policy) is to provide management with an approach to administering personnel, payroll and to provide for human resource department policies and procedures for Komuge Community Initiative herein after referred to as KCI.
Procedure for implementation
The procedure for implementation of this HR Policy is that it will be circulated to the Board of Directors, Administrators and new employees. Volunteers will be guided through the relevant policies of KCI and reminded from time to time of the essence of abiding by KCI policies.
